These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ringsfusion.com and any related mobile sites, applications, virtual-styling tools, NFC authenticity tags, pop-up retail experiences, and customer-care channels (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an order.
1.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Products & Services

2.1 We design, manufacture, and sell men’s bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and rings that incorporate advanced alloys, precision CNC milling, and optional NFC-enabled authenticity tags.
2.2 All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantity of any product.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once we send an electronic order-confirmation email.
3.2 Prices are shown in your selected or local currency and include free standard shipping worldwide.
3.3 We accept multiple secure payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3.4 All refunds will be issued via the original payment route (e.g., PayPal purchases are refunded to the same PayPal account).

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Free Worldwide Shipping. Standard shipping to over 100 countries is free of charge.
4.2 Estimated delivery windows:

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Other regions: varies by destination
4.3 Shipping Disclaimer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect addresses, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other force-majeure events; however, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

5. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

5.1 You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for any reason (“no-questions-asked”).
5.2 Conditions for Return
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5.3 Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • For PayPal transactions, refunds appear in the buyer’s PayPal account no sooner than 14 days and, where required by local law, within 30 days.
5.4 Non-returnable items include personalized jewelry, items marked “Final Sale,” and products returned in a used or damaged condition.
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, CAD files, and proprietary alloys—is owned or licensed by Hk Kt Limited and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
10.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, or breach, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the notice of arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
